Welcome to Be Moved! Our focus is embodiment: body awareness, an increased feeling of strength, confidence and resiliency that will translate into your day-to-day life.
We believe it’s important to teach our students the basics of a yoga and movement practice before sending you into our Level 1 classes and up, especially if you are just getting started or have any injuries. Which is why we strongly recommend all new students attend our Get Moving! (For Beginners) 4-week series.
We also offer Private Sessions, Reiki, Recovery Coaching, and a variety of Workshops and Events around health and wellness, nutrition, energy medicine, and more.
