At Alche Design Co. we take pride in where our material comes from. In support of other local business owners and suppliers we love to use salvaged or reclaimed material to create our projects.
A few short months ago we had the opportunity to work with Good Redden and Klosler out of Simcoe. A well respected accounting and wealth management company who was looking for a beautiful wooden accent wall for their board room. After a consultation with ADC they decided on reclaimed tobacco kiln boards that were salvaged from the now known, Burning Kiln Wineries. These boards were original to the property, then cleaned up and the true beauty of the wood was reviled. The end product was something we are very proud to share with you.

Recent projects we've worked on both residential and commercial include: harvest table made from reclaimed tabaco kiln boards, leaving the finished project with beautiful character and lots of personality. Maybe you've visited The Design Center, located at 1125 Colbourne St. E and you've notice the 'viking table' with hairpin legs and the handmade tension system that can support over 500kgs. This 16ft long table was reclaimed floor boards from the Penman Mill, in Paris Ont. cica 1874! Maybe you love fine dining and french bistros, then you've been to Juniper Dining Co. located in the heart of Paris, ON. There you'll get an elegant experience while dining with the warmth of reclaimed live edge maple, and locally sourced barn boards.
