The mark of good customer service is NOT when everything goes right but how a business treats the customer when something goes wrong.
This is NOT a complaint about their cake but about Poor Customer Service. Within minutes we cancelled an order and they refused to provide a refund.
Ask yourself if you would accept that with ANY other store?
You walk out and back in within minutes and they refuse.
Even a cancellation fee to cover the VISA/MC charges they pay would have been acceptable. I understand businesses have cancellations fees or no refunds within 24 hours but this was literally minutes.
The Business Owner Replied:
We apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience. You do have a store credit for the full amount of your order. Our policy about refunds is posted on our website.
