I cannot say enough about Chris who did the annual servicing of my gas fireplace! He was prompt, even a bit early, for my scheduled appointment and was very professional throughout. Not only did he ensure that everything was working properly but, he did a very thorough cleaning of the entire fireplace, logs and everything! I really appreciated that he checked to see that my fireplace was working at an optimal level and he even checked to make sure there was no carbon monoxide trace inside and even outside my home! I can't thank you enough for sending Chris to look after my fireplace and me!!!

Chris came out to check on my furnace after a flood in my basement. During his check he found a loud knocking sound coming from the inducer. He proactively looked into the status of the warranty and discussed the issue with me before ordering the part. He also worked around my schedule to book an install - which was much appreciated! Chris was on time, courteous and demonstrated a trustworthy expertise. I would definitely use Easton Mechanical in the future and recommend them to friends/family.

Had Chris to our home to hook up new pool heater & to look @ a/c. Likes; he was personable- knowledgeable, reasonable & quick. He was on time & completed the hook up in less time than the estimate @ a very reasonable price. Dislikes; absolutely none.

Brad was prompt - came over the next day after we booked an online appointment. He assessed what was needed and installed a new motor on the furnace unit the next day. The new appointment schedule worked great as did the next day parts supply. The work seemed easy for Brad - obviously knows what he's doing and is good at it. I have always been satisfied with the service from Easton Mechanical for many years. I was especially impressed with their new Appointment Booking System online. I wish I could book all of my appointments that way! Dave, the Service Technician, came to service my gas fireplace today and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty by suggesting ways to clean the glass on the fireplace, adjust the fireplace heat through the thermostat, etc., etc. It was truly a wonderful experience for me and I would highly recommend Easton Mechanical to anyone I know!
