This place is garbage, bought an e-bike from them... never did they tell me to charge the batteries once ipa mount in the winter, now they want close to 900$ too check the batteries, and put new ones in if it needs it.( will never come back to this ****hole again) if anyone needs something fixed go to London eco bikes... fantastic place compared to Brantford so dump.
