Random Act Of Kindness Day 📝 Mark this day down: Thursday February 17th.
We are joining in with the Brant Community Foundation's random Act of Kindness Day. This is day where we would like to encourage everyone to choose a random act of kindness for someone in their community. This expands beyond people that you work/live with. Let us challenge you to random act of kindness for a complete stranger. Brighten someone's day who may not be expecting it.
Any act of kindness is fantastic. It doesn't have to be something that costs money. Or it could be! Here are some ideas: 🔵 Pay for the person behind you in drive through 🔵 Let someone cut in front of you in line. 🔵 Give someone your seat on a crowded bus 🔵 Donate flowers to a nursing home 🔵 Help someone carry their grocery bags
Product Feature: The at home traction system for your neck. Our physiotherapists perform traction with their hands and hear it over and over again, "this feels so good, can I take you home with me?"
Now you can! Well, not our physios, but this cool device that will give you the same relief. This traction device is great for any referring pain that goes down the arm, more specifically below the elbow. It is easy to use, and very comfortable to wear. To ensure you are using this pillow properly, please see your physiotherapist first so that you can be aware of how much traction is best,. We want to be sure that you are not doing more harm than good.

Kneaded Care will be a donation site for the @brantfordperiodpopup from now until March 4th. We would like to bring in enough donations to help fill our local pantries and keep lots of stock for them for the next while. One of our favourite pantries is right down the road from us which we fundraised for over Christmas.
What is a Period Pop Up? A period pop up is a community filled pantry of menstrual products. This pantry can be used by anyone, anytime. The pantry items are fulfilled by members of the community☺️
The Brantford Period pop up is located at the Why Not Youth Centre, with new locations added at BLs Little Free Pantry at 319 Sheridan St, and her other pantry at The Church of Naz on Fairview Dr.
For every item you donate, you will be entered into a draw for a free massage at Kneaded Care.
We always do so well with our community fundraisers, so please spread the word.

Product Feature: The small but mighty, rubber exercise buddy!
The FlexBar is a great tool to assist with upper extremity strengthening, proprioception, and endurance. There are a number of exercises that can be performed in order to improve your condition. Most commonly treated conditions are Tennis Elbow, Golfer's Elbow, post surgical rehabilitation, to name a few. The FlexBar comes in different colours which represent their resistance. Resistances range from 6lbs of force up to 25lbs of force. Kneaded Care carries all colours of the FlexBar. Check with your physiotherapist to determine which colour is best for you.
