Our London Dry Gin is steeped in dried lavender from Weir's Lane Lavender & Apiary in Dundas, ON along with elderflower. Lavender can
sometimes overpower a gin, but with the addition of the elderflower
it adds a wonderful floral note to our premium LDG.
45% ABV available in 375ml and 750ml

Try this delicious recipe!
2 oz Manns Lavender Elderflower Gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz lavender lemon syrup (or simple syrup)
2 oz prosecco or champagne
Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice
Strain into glass (coupe) and top with prosecco.
Garnish with Lavender sprig or Lemon peel.
Enjoy!
