We also install Rental Water Heaters and have many filters and options for indoor air quality.  In 1993 Modern Heating built and now occupies a fully equipped location at 214 Hachborn Rd. in Brantford.  A larger warehouse now stocks an extensive selection of parts.  Most of our business comes from satisfied customers and their referrals.  All of our service work and installations are fully guaranteed.  We pride ourselves in being able to offer quality products, professional installations and competitive pricing.  We offer within "24 Hour NO HEAT Emergency Service" with existing customer priority.
