Renovation Design Management

When you have a major renovation or new build project you may not always be available on a regular basis to check on how things are going or to ensure installation has occurred on time.  Questions often are raised and need to be addressed.  Delivery of product or delays. These are all features that can be project managed by Pamela.  Not only can your entire renovation be managed through Pamela deVries Designs by coming up with a design plan, acquiring skilled trades and specialty suppliers, but the day to day review of your project and reports regarding progress can all be simplified.  Your day can be devoted to other important issues knowing Pamela will be overseeing the daily progress and reporting back to you.  Design Management is a contracted agreement based on the scale of the job, time required and cost of project.
