We are a private Occupational Therapy Service Provider for individuals with: physical, mental, learning, and developmental disabilities. At Revive In-Home Occupational Therapy Services, our Occupational Therapists work with adults and seniors in different settings (Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Retirement Home, and individual's homes) to promote independence in meaningful activities.
Occupational Therapy is a form of therapy that encourages rehabilitation through the performance of activities required in daily life. While physiotherapy focuses on improving mobility and range of motion, our Occupational Therapists have more of a focus on solving problems that interfere with a person's ability to complete everyday tasks. Our OTs conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine the barriers that are impeding independence.

For Ages 18 and up:
Assistive Devices Program Authorizer (ADP Authorizers for: walkers, manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and scooters). Applications are completed for the 75% government funding for mobility aids.
