I purchased a HD Video Converter and went to switch it over from one setting to another and the little plastic switch snapped off. I went back to the store to return it and have never been treated so bad. He kept asking how I moved the switch over and over again. I kept telling him with my finger.....He then told me he was not going to refund my money as it was my fault. It was clearly a product defect but he refused to take it back. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I would never shop in this store again. They do not back anything in this store....STAY AWAY
