Teas and Toasts unique abilities are to provide mobile ?? catering and beverage services for small gatherings such as garden parties, brunch and other special events at one's discretion for location, timing / duration, menu choices and aesthetic. Serving Brantford and Brant County and up to 50 km of surrounding areas. 
 
Our comprehensive tea packages are the perfect choice to life’s auspicious occasions. The "per person" price includes the food, drink, tea service items (teacups, teapots, serving stands, plates, cutlery and napkins etc.) and a sprinkle of table decor to pull off a tea-riffic event. Order Minimums – weekend bookings require a $1,000 minimum spend. Smaller orders ($500 minimum spend) may be possible depending on types of products or services required and our availability.
  • Creme Tea $25
  • Afternoon Tea $45
  • High Tea $65
These packages can be set-up buffet style or seated service. Buffet service is one main table (or more, depending on guest count) where guests help themselves to the food and drink. Table service is when each individual table is set and guests are served directly at their table.

All food and drink is prepared in a commercial licensed, inspected and insured kitchen. You can find our latest food premise inspection report on the Brant County Health Unit website.

Teas and Toasts also offers additional services that you can add to your package or rental orders for a stress-free tea party! 

  • Stylist – unpack and set up Teas and Toasts rental items (1.5 hours prior to start of event) $75 

  • Wash-Up – Teas and Toasts to pack up the dirty dishes and hand wash items $75 

  • Are You Being Served?  – set-up, serve, pack-up & wash-up (up to 5 hours) $250

  • Additional Servers  – $50/hour
Service Ratios: The minimum server to guest ratio is one server for every 32 attendees at a function regardless of the style of service, the type of menu, or whether the servers are responsible for beverage service. If access to set-up is less than 1.5 hours prior to the start of the event or the servers are responsible for beverage service for the duration (pouring tea for guests), the service ratio will be increased one server to 20 guests to ensure attendees' appreciation and enjoyment of the event.
