My name is Tari Wrona, Certified Personal Support Worker, and owner of Nana’s Hands. In Brantford, Ontario I worked at the John Noble Home in the long-term care and retirement home environment for over 32 years. I was so fortunate to meet and care for many wonderful people.
In 2022, I started Nana’s Hands in memory of my Nana who was my true inspiration to care for the elderly. In her later years she moved in with me and my family on a beautiful hobby farm in Burford, ON. Eventually she moved to the John Noble Home in Brantford where she passed in 2008.
When my Nana passed, I wanted to provide one-on-one care for people’s loved ones in a safe working environment. I believe home care is important to seniors and their families as it provides caring companionship, social interaction and allows aging adults to stay healthier longer.
Being a caregiver is something I have always enjoyed doing, I thrive on the satisfaction of working with the elderly one-on-one. This type of care gives me the proper interaction time to help individuals with what really matters to them and truly makes a difference.
Making sure your loved one has the proper quality of life, independence, comfort, safety, and companionship that will keep your mind at ease. There really is no place like home, so why not get the help your loved one needs in the comfort of their own home?
We are flexible, from 1 hour or 24 hours a day. We can be there for your loved one.

First Visit
I will make sure the first visit will make you feel comfortable knowing I will be coming into your private space, assisting you with the most intimate care.
