Party Rentals & Catering
Your personalized Tea Party can be delivered with a minimum spend (see Ordering Notes below) to a location of your choosing, anywhere in Brantford, Brant County and surrounding areas.
We charge a $50 delivery fee within Brantford and Brant County. For other locations within 50 km of our home studio, the fee is based on the round trip mileage at a standard rate. Free pick-up/drop-off from Our Kitchen Brantford located at 20 Roy Boulevard Unit 34 OR our Brantford warehouse location (rentals only). For larger items such as furniture, extra delivery fees may apply.
Our rentals and comprehensive Tea Party Packages are designed for you as the host to set-up and take-down.
Don’t fret, Teas and Toasts’ offers additional services for a stress-free tea party!
Additional Services are at $50 per hour (per person):
- Too busy or tired? We offer hassle-free set-ups, take-down and/or pack-ups. Teas and Toasts requires access to the venue at least 90 minutes before the event and 60 minutes after the event for setup and take down.
- Additional Servers: The minimum server to guest ratio is one server for every 32 attendees at a function regardless of the style of service, the type of menu, or whether the servers are responsible for beverage service. If access to set-up is less than 1.5 hours prior to the start of the event or the servers are responsible for beverage service for the duration (pouring tea for guests), the service ratio will be increased one server to 20 guests to ensure attendees' appreciation and enjoyment of the event.
Ordering Notes
- All catering Orders require a minimum weeks notice.
- Weekend Orders are a minimum $1,000 spend.
- Events greater than 50km are a minimum $2,000 spend.
- Smaller orders (minimum $500 spend) may be possible, depending on types of products and/or services required and our availability.
About Our Rentals
We take great pride in our rental collection, which come in a variety of colours and patterns to suit with your desired tea party’s aesthetic!
Due to the fragile nature of some of the pieces, it must be understood, that these items are much more easily prone to damage than commercial-use catering crockery. Care instructions are outlined in your rental contract.
And the best part...FREE wash-up is on us! We will always wash your rentals before and after an event.

Deposits
- All tea party orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm a booking.
- Delivery of goods or services will not take place until the deposit and a signed contract have been received.
- For rentals a credit card or cash may be kept on file as a Security Deposit until the return of all rental items in the same condition as provided by Teas and Toasts’.
Balance Due
- Balance and final numbers for guests / rentals (i.e., tablecloths) are due two weeks prior to your event.
- The quoted final cost, less any deposits, must be paid three (3) days prior to delivery.
Payment Methods
e-Gift Cards / Gift Certificates Redemption - the authorization code, unique to your copy is needed to apply the credit to your order.
