We are positively thinking about warmer days and wishing the next thaw will be the last one and we will be able to start enjoying the warmer air. With warmer weather approaching, that also brings an influx of inventory to the market.We have seen 129 homes sell in February comparing to 113 in January. We had a freezing cold start to 2019 and typically so does the Real Estate Market! Guess what, the Brantford market showed up and prices remained strong. Compared to last year we have seen a slight decrease in sold prices, however, are happy to see only a slight decrease considering mortgage rates increased and banks have implemented the stress test.
