About Kim Clark Fine Art
Kim is a painter working primarily in acrylic and mixed medium. While subject matter varies, she always works in a style that is representational or abstract, fusing large swaths of lush colour with crisp lines and tiny dots. The result is graphic in nature, and its simplicity allows the viewer a place to rest their eyes, drop their shoulders and breathe a little deeper.
Largely self taught, with some continuing education arts courses and workshops taken from 2000 to present through Sheridan College, Dundas Valley School of Art, and Glenhyrst Art Gallery.
From February 2021 to July 2021, I worked with artist mentor, Veronica Funk, through the Levelling Up program.
