Wow, what a month September has been! Our 15-year recap sure brought on many smiles, laughs and a few tears. So much has happened, from team and clinic growth to recession and COVID rebuild. I wouldn't change one thing. My saying has always been, with change comes growth. As difficult as some years have been, a smile sneaks up on my face because we are still here, and the good times far outweigh the bad. We are fighters and plan to be here another 15+.
As I look at all the wonderful posts that Bayleigh and Carolyn have worked so hard to put together, it's amazing to see where we started and where we are today. 15 staff members and more to come are truly the ones who run the show. They are the ones who set you up for your health success and make your care our #1 priority. I couldn't be prouder of the team we have selected, and family is what we've become. Each with their unique traits and talents, they always bring much laughter and fun. Of course, we do have a serious side too but it's our positive attitude that gets us through any tough outcomes.
Not only is our staff amazing but you (our valued clients) are also the ones who have made us the place to go for massage, physio and acupuncture services. Your referrals and 5-star reviews give new clients confidence in making us part of their healthcare team. We can't thank you enough for all your kind words and positive feedback.
So, cheers to another 15+! Our next 5-10 year plan is under construction again…
