With the massage team up and running for a few years, the question that was ongoing is "do you offer physiotherapy or know of any good physiotherapists?" Chantalle, the brilliant business owner she was, thought to herself "why not hire my own physiotherapists and build Kneaded Care as a multidisciplinary clinic?"
The walls of the little clinic came down, and the renovations started to build on!
Kevin, Adam and Carolyn were all hired on in the month of November. Kevin and Adam (and a few other PT's that we'll touch on later) have built KC a fantastic reputation for their outstanding physiotherapy services. Referrals are our best friend and we'd like to extend our thanks to all of the clients who have referred their friends/families/coworkers etc to Kneaded Care. Carolyn was originally hired on to help Roxanne at the front desk. As our physiotherapy services grew to offer MVA, WSIB, and OHIP, there was more opportunity for a "back office" position to aid in billing and managing all of the paperwork. Carolyn had some experience with this from previous careers, so after a few years of working the front desk position, she was moved to her own office in the back and crowned "Office Manager". She does a darn good job managing all of our staff, billing, tough questions etc.
