We are pleased to announce we are doing the Big Bike ride again this year for Heart & Stroke. Our ride is scheduled for Monday June 4th. We are selling hearts to help raise funds. Any clients interested in joining the ride? Just let either of our co-captains, Jen and Kelly, know and they will help you get signed up. You can also go online to bigbike.ca to donate or register to ride. Just search the team name, Essential Physio

The staff at Essential Physiotherapy hopes that everyone has a great Easter weekend. We will be closed Friday March 30 and the clinic will reopen on Tuesday April 3rd.
