Winner will be notified on May 19.

We are pleased to announce we are doing the Big Bike ride again this year for Heart & Stroke. Our ride is scheduled for Monday June 5th. We are selling hearts to help raise funds. Any clients interested in joining on the ride? Just let either our Captain (Kelly) or Co-Captain (Jen) know and they will help you get signed up. You can also go online to bigbike.ca to donate or register to ride. Just search the team name, Essential Physiotherapy & Wellness.
