In 2017, we wanted to upgrade our home. Our first impression was a wonderful personality, very professional with an extensive knowledge on every aspect of renovating. Her attention to detail was very impressive from choosing products, fabrics and her colour sense is exceptional. She went that extra mile to make sure everything was top notch and strives for the workmanship is of high quality. In 2021, we had our family room updated with a new gas fireplace and lighting installed. Again, exceptional customer service. The crew she hired was first rate, well organized and friendly. We would highly recommend Pam in a heartbeat!

I wanted to update my basement and some paint work throughout my condo and was referred to Pam...she was tremendous in helping me throughout the process....completely satisfied and would definetly recommend her and her team to anyone!!
Pam designed the renovation of our ensuite and family bathrooms in 2020. It was wonderful to put the reno totally into her hands. We started off lost on how to pull together a team that would help bring our vision to reality. It was quite overwhelming at times. When Pam came into the picture, she helped us put our ideas into a plan and then took that plan and found us the perfect team to put it together.
We were always well informed of the progress and were always aware of were we stood in comparison to our budget. The nicest part of working with Pam is that, at no time, did we feel pressure to go with her ideas and tastes, she worked with what we liked and disliked to make the whole project feel like ours.
Everyone that has ever done any size reno, knows projects don't always go to plan due to unforeseen circumstances, but even those were handled with great professionalism.

Although our home was in need of tweaking versus a major overhaul, the task of selecting living room furnishings and drapes for our dining room was daunting. The choice of Pam to help us through this challange was a wise investment. With her assistance it was easy to select furnishings which not only met our needs for colour and style but also helped stay on budget. Having had issues previously with custom drapes we were a bit nervous moving forward with our dining room drapery. Pam and her team rose to the challenge and we are extremely pleased with the finished result.

Our experience working with Pam was positive and rewarding from start to finish. It began with Pam listening and understanding our lifestyle as well as budget.
