Jesce & staff always provide top notch customer service and I am extremely pleased with the way they treat my two dogs(including a nervous rescue). Plus they look so pretty and smell so healthy and clean when I pick them up . Never disappointed
A much needed Spa Day after having a litter of puppies was our LuC's recent visit. She came home a calm and happy girl. She smelled wonderful. Totally recommend to anyone wanting their fur baby getting top notch attention. Her ears, nails and coat were perfect. THANK YOU to the whole Team!
Jesce not only makes my Cavalier girl Dottie look and smell great but she has healed her skin with her magical treatment for dogs with sensitive and allergic skin. I am so grateful and Dot is much happier.
Website was so well laid out that it left no room to question what to expect. I have been to many groomers from Paris to Ancaster and this was by far the best experience. She knew what to do based on my dogs age and breed and the result is wonderful

I would never take our dogs anywhere other than urban hound. Jesce and her staff are like dog whisperers. When I take my dogs to the vets they drop dead in the parking lot lol, When I take them to Jesce ,They run to the door. I truly feel it’s like taking myself to the spa for them. My dogs adore the experience and love the staff. The best part of the whole entire experience is They come home not smelling like dogs anymore. If only they could go here every day I would spend even more time cuddling our dogs (lol) . Thanks so much Jesce and the unbelievable and relaxing joyful experience you’ve given our dogs over the years. You guys are the best!! I recommend anyone looking for an amazing doggie spa to 100% see urban hound . You will be amazed at how well you pooch will smell , be treated , and sleep afterwards lol . This place is great. The first time our dog Edith was there she was very nervous and Jesce had patience with her and this time she was much better. I would recommend to anyone looking for a groomer. It’s very clean and the fact they use natural products is a plus for me

I've known Jesse for a few years now but just recently started to bring my dog Sammy to her for tender loving care. Jesse always makes sure that Sammy comes home looking beautiful. She takes great pride in her work as well as her shop. Alway a great job, thanks Jesse.
I love how Jesce makes my dog look, every single time. With major skin allergies, urban hound has addressed my dog's skin problems and has great products for me to use on him between visits. My dog acts like Jesce is his owner when I take him there.
