What's an exercise prescription? 🗒

An exercise prescription is like a prescription you would take from your doctor to your pharmacy. They would prescribe your medication and you would follow the instructions.

Your exercise prescription works the same way. An exercise will be broken down into a few categories: sets, reps, frequency (daily vs every other day), if applicable weight/band colour, and there may be a hold time if it is a stretch.

"One year ago I found out I passed my acupuncture board exams!
In February my family and I moved to Brantford, ON from Toronto after a few visits and felt a special connection to the land. We didn't know anyone here but intuitively felt it was the right place to be. I immigrated to Canada in 2016 and was relieved to finally find a place like Brantford.
